Position description
Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is conducting a search for a full-time abdominal wall reconstruction/hernia repair surgeon to join our surgical practice in the Department of Surgery. We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon with experience in complex abdominal wall reconstruction. Working with a multidisciplinary group of physicians and staff members, the candidate will work to grow and expand our existing practice to advance complex abdominal wall hernias with open, laparoscopic and robotic approaches. Successful candidates should possess a strong interest in building specialized abdominal wall reconstruction program. There are general surgery call responsibilities.

Compensation is very competitive, and benefits are comprehensive, including a relocation package.

License or certification
Board certified in General Surgery with experience in complex abdominal wall reconstruction and eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.
