Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; and advanced aerospace structures.

The Tactical Space Systems Division is seeking an entry to mid-level Business Process Analyst to join the Integrated Operations team supporting key National Security programs.

This position is located in Dulles, VA

Responsibilities may include:

Selected candidate will work in a fast paced environment to deliver superior deliverables to the client.
Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems.
Represents the program to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.
Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Support all project phases from inception through completion.
Be able to manage multiple assignments, changing priorities, and work independently with little oversight.
Participate in the agile ceremonies and interface with the agile team(s) and other program staff as required.
Communicate effectively in written and verbal communication coupled with strong listening skills
Support program government property control and materials stockroom control.
Work collaboratively with finance, contracts and subcontracts teams to develop new business processes and facilitate business workflow.
Develop materials and asset procurement tracking tools to support quick reaction procurement processes and financial tracking.
Facilitate and maintain program management processes including security compliance oversight, CDRL delivery, and CM.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

This position may be filled at a 2 or 3 level depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Business Process Analyst 2: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or Master's Degree and 1+ years, 4 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Principal Business Process 3: Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience or Master's Degree and 4+ years, 4 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI.
Must have process mapping, improvement, & implementation experience.
Government Property administration and/or process management.
Knowledge or material control and stockroom processes

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Active or current Top Secret/SCI level.
Must be a team leader, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Government Property Administration Certification
Experience in working with government customers
Experience in working with FAR compliant procurement systems
