Position Summary:

Managers have responsibility for the management of complex client engagements with a command of best practices and performance metrics across our clients that range from large academic medical centers to small suburban hospitals. In this role, you will effectively provide engagement management support to our Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) team which includes sales support, project pre-planning, engagement management, implementation, client service, and measurement of project results. This individual works closely with client leadership, managers, and staff on multiple engagements managing activities that include continuing monitoring, tracking and reporting of benefit and overall progress of the engagement

Qualifications:

Required:
- U.S. work authorization is required
- BA/BS in Nursing with certifications in one of the following: CCDS, CPHQ, CCS
- Specialized skills in one or more of the following areas: Clinical Documentation Improvement, Case - - Management and HIM/Coding
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a project-based operations performance improvement role within a hospital/clinical setting hospital and/or consulting firm environment focused on healthcare provider operations and/or process re-engineering projects
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing major projects for large, complex healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday)
