**Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Diagnostic Sonographer II (Per Diem, Day Shift) to work for the Perinatal Ultrasound Department at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.**
_The Diagnostic Sonographer II performs a variety of sonographic examinations dealing with OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts. Expectations also include assisting the radiologist during invasive procedures_

+ Maintains proper interaction with medical staff, patients, and visitors.
+ Contributes as a productive member of the clinical team.
+ Self-motivated to take action, does more than is required or expected, does activities and tasks no one has specifically requested
+ Demonstrates an ability to adapt to and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, or groups.
**Required** **qualifications for this position include:**
+ Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound training program
+ 2 years experience as a sonographer.RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in Abdomen and OB/GYN required.
+ Advanced Breast, Vascular, Neurosonography, Nuchaltranslucency or
+ Neonatal specialty registration required at hire or promotion for a level 2 sonographer
+ Must maintain CPR certification
