An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Director of Business Development for Refining€™s Hydrotreating business within the Lifecycle Solutions & Technology (LST) business unit of UOP located in Des Plaines, IL. Hydrotreating is a growing dynamic business enabling UOP to deliver more value for our customer.  We are growing at a fast pace and need employees passionate about this business line to help us develop and transform into a leading supplier of products and solutions to address our customer€™s hydrotreating needs throughout the lifecycle of their business. This position reports to the Vice President / General Manager of Refining and plays a key and integral role in leading the hydrotreating business on its growth trajectory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

This position will lead in the development of commercial offerings, supporting the sales efforts within UOP's Customer Success Organization (CSO), ownership of the Hydrotreating portfolio management process including STRAP, AOP, and NPD, to grow the business greater than market rates. This role will develop and lead the organization through the second phase of UOP€™s expansion into Hydrotreating by creating new solutions to customer€™s treating needs using existing and future manufacturing assets as well as forming partnerships with third parties who rejuvenate hydrotreating products.
