Position description
The ELMS Program Manager will consult closely with clients in support of Computer-Aided Facilities Management Integrated Workplace Management Systems application software implementation, customization, and upgrade projects using the CAFM/IWMS Software. Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant reports are generated and serves as the central point of contact regarding the technology solution. Responsible for the delivery of various services, including support, training, implementation/upgrade technical consulting, business process workflow analysis, data migration and cleanup, project management, and software configuration. Identify new services opportunities, analyze and document project requirements to successful completion.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of six years relevant experience in related field.
Additional qualifications
Experience with FM Systems, AutoCAD/Revit is preferred
