Opportunity for a Director, Major Projects to join Honeywell UOP. As a key\r member of the project execution group within our Equipment division, you will\r use your project management experience and technical knowledge to lead a\r project, valued US$70MM+, from start to finish delivering on time fully\r assembled modularized units as well as oversee or manage the construction\r team for the installation of these units worldwide. You will be an ambitious\r Project Manager in a visible position to interact directly with peers and\r leaders with the ability to multitask, problem solver looking to forge a\r career within a global business
€¢ Lead a world class execution group capable of flawless equipment delivery\r on a global basis
€¢ Detailed management of the UOP execution activities including risk\r management, managing overall staffing, and procurement within approved\r limits, to the level required to deliver on targets.
€¢ Lead a team driving equipment project execution to ensure control of the\r span of work required to delight the customer from order to cash.
€¢ Ensure work processes and MOS are in place to consistently and\r effectively support global equipment engineering and drive an effective SIOP\r process in support of our global engineering demand across all product\r lines
€¢ Maintain and deliver product quality as measured by on-time-to-request\r and quality PPM metrics while managing delivery of projects within budgeted\r cost and schedule.
€¢ Partner with business and sales leadership to ensure total alignment of\r execution strategy and approval for offering during proposal phase
€¢ Continuously develop, improve and maintain engineering tools and project\r templates.
€¢ Lead efforts to improve our global work processes, costs and\r schedules.
€¢ Assesses and implement strategy to improve organizational capabilities;\r propose and evaluate
opportunities to grow the business via organic and inorganic paths
€¢ Internal financial reporting and forecasting
€¢ Develop and retain internal talent through coaching, mentorship, and\r performance development plans
€¢ Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, looking for productivity gains\r through project closeout meetings implementing improvements via lessons\r learned.€¢ Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when\r establishing priorities for the organization































































































You Must Have

 
€¢ BS in Engineering and/or BS in Business and other equivalent degrees
€¢ Minimum 10 years€™ experience in engineering design, procurement, service, sales, and/or business management in the oil and gas industry is required
€¢ Ability to travel 20% annually
