DESCRIPTION: Growing very high volume upscale scratch kitchen seafood/Asian cuisine restaurant company with locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Dubai, Playa Del Carmen with growth coming up in Las Vegas, London and Toronto seeking Executive Chef's and Chef de Cuisines. Current 911 needs are in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Salaries in the $80K-$130K+ strong realistic bonus. Ideal candidates will have come from well known restaurants or hotels. Must be a hands on leader, trainer and motivator. Must have excellent guest service skills. Must have very high volume restaurant experience and excellent cost control skills.
