**Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division** is seeking a **Facilities Maintenance Manager** to supervise 2nd shift employees and activities at our **Redondo Beach, CA** facility.

**In this role you will:**

+ Supervise employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning and ventilation, painting, and/or general maintenance
+ Set priorities and perform forecasting
+ Allocate resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
+ Be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs)

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 2 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience, OR 6 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience in lieu of degree
+ Prior professional experience leading a team
+ Valid Drivers License
+ Ability to obtain and retain a DoD Security Clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Active (in-scope) DoD Secret Clearance
+ Experience in Managing trades in Facilities Maintenance
+ Experience in the trades in a Facilities Maintenance environment
