**Northrop Grumman SSSD** has an opening for a **Facilities Maintenance Manager 1** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in **Redondo Beach, CA** .
**In this role you will:**
+ Supervise employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance.
+ Provide leadership and set priorities and performs forecasting and allocates the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
+ Responsible for managing maintenance activities for buildings, infrastructure, plant equipment, and systems necessary to support successful facility operations.

**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of Electronics, Fire Systems, or Structural/Carpentry maintenance experience OR 7 years' experience in lieu of degree
+ Minimum 1 year of experience leading people, project, or program to completion or successful goal attainment
+ Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
+ Ability to effectively communicate across various levels for understanding
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Government Security Clearance up to an SCI
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree
+ Experience utilizing MAXIMO Maintenance Management System
+ Active (in-scope) DOD Government Security Clearance
