**FP&A Analyst**

POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time FP&A Analyst. This position will primarily provide quality analysis and reporting to support the Corporate and Production Divisions management of the business.

This position will reside in a POWER Engineers, Inc. office with consideration to work in a hybrid schedule (office/WFH) or be remote.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and maintain necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
+ Prepare ad hoc financial analyses
+ Prepare reports and analyses for various Management and Board meetings
+ Mentor and support training of new FP&A analysts as required
+ Work closely with Corporate and Production Divisions to develop new tools and analyses to support their needs
+ Support various corporate functions for reporting and forecast/plan support
+ Work closely with Accounting to provide needed reporting and improve processes
+ Maintain and analyze unstructured information

**Required Education/Experience:**

+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ Five (5) + years of finance or accounting experience
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Understanding FP&A, accounting, and business processes
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Desired Education/Experience:**

+ FP&A certification
+ Five (5) + years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience
+ ERP, BI and FP&A experience preferred
+ Previous experience in a service business
+ Experience with FP&A or financial system development or implementations
+ Forecasting and financial planning experience
+ Python, R, MS Apps, or RPA a plus
