As the HRIS Advisor, you will report directly to the VP of HRIS and Total Rewards and you will be responsible for driving company strategy through recommending, managing and executing a variety of HR initiatives.You will collect and analyze company information to make informed, data-driven decisions that will improve business processes and the employee experience.


  • Develop and analyze metrics to drive key business strategies
  • Perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Make strategic recommendations to management on data findings
  • Identify data issues and recommend/coordinate solutions
  • Translate business needs into HRIS requirements, configure system accordingly
  • Analyze current processes and recommend/implement process improvements
  • Handle moderately complex issues and develop business solutions to address problems
  • Project Manage HRIS and Total Rewards initiatives, including deliverable creation, execution/tracking, impact assessment, training and communication plans
  • Develop communication and training materials for changes and new initiatives
  • May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team
  • Support VP of HRIS and Total Rewards in creation and execution of strategic roadmap for HRIS and Total Rewards programs

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years in HRIS reporting role, with a blend of Payroll and HR expertise
  • Statistical knowledge
  • HRIS configuration expertise, Ceridian, Dayforce, Bi Reporting, or SQL experience a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Hospitality background a plus but not required
