People Analytics Manager
Join a team delivering advanced human resources analytical insights that drive critical business decisions for Honeywell Building Technologies Add value to the team by utilizing your analytical capabilities and serve as an HR Analytics expert in a global organization Drive continuous improvement and lead change in our repositioning, census, and staffing management This position will provide HR analytics support for HBT with an initial focus on repositioning and staffing data. Specific responsibilities include: · Oversee creation and delivery of scorecards and KPIs · Optimize self-service reporting solutions · Manage ad hoc data requests from senior leaders · Ensure data accuracy Minimum Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE: -ª Bachelor's Degree.
