Job Summary<\/h2>

About the career: <\/strong>Design, develop, test, implement, maintain and document software and systems in support of Wellmarks business and Technology applications. Ensure completed activities meet project specifications, requirements and Wellmark standards. Begin to establish and build working relationships with Technology and business units. Participate in determining Technology alternatives and solutions, and assist with system integration.<\/p>

Qualifications<\/h2>

Required:<\/strong><\/p>

• 5 years of direct and applicable experience OR bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study plus one year of development experience (ex. Angular 2 (or newer), NodeJS (or newer), TypeScript, C#, .NET, Java, SQL).<\/li>
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties<\/li>
• Ability to communicate with and coach/mentor team members<\/li>
• Ability to set and meet established time-frames while assuring data and information integrity<\/li>
• Experience prioritizing and managing time with little direction<\/li>
• Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions<\/li><\/ul>

  • Experience working within an Agile team environment<\/li>
  • Ability or interest in mentoring/coaching others<\/li>
  • Experience partnering with global staffing vendors to deliver projects<\/li><\/ul>

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/h2>

    a. Define, maintain, develop and support specific software applications that support Wellmarks business requirements.b. Analyze, develop, test, implement, document and maintain programs and systems that meet business requirements.c. Support and adhere to Wellmark software development lifecycle SDLC, operational procedures and development and security standards by following required process.d. Report status and issues appropriately.e. Provide production support for research and root cause analysis.f. Work with internal/external resources to accomplish changes to programs and systems and the coordination of resources. Provide timely and accurate results, and exceptional customer service.g. Develop and maintain documentation using Wellmark standards.h. Assist in project proposals, estimates and proofofconcept activities as needed.i. Participate in fact finding of business and technology processes, to identify potential improvement opportunities.j. Other duties as assigned.<\/p>
