Essential Functions
- Define and document the scope of Information Technology related projects offering direction and support to team members for project completion.- Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of technology related to business and opportunities .- Develop detailed task lists, timelines and resource budgets to complete projects. Align resources to tasks to accomplish projects.- Communicate projects status to key personnel including project stakeholders, decision makers, sponsors and project team members on a periodic basis. Provide monthly management reporting on the status of all projects.- Provide an effective project close/transition at the completion of the scope of projects.- Actively encourages the development and mentoring of team members.- Identify and communicate recommendations for new or improved business systems or services within the Enterprise framework to support the business units.- Champion and promote the availability and resources of the Enterprise systems and services related to better effectiveness and efficiencies.- Analyze, design, configure, code, test and document Advanced IT application systems including Client server, Mobile and Web enabled technologies.- Demonstrate the ability to work and adapt to new technologies including: .NET, Java, SQL, HTML, XML, Oracle/Siebel, IBM Sterling, and IBM DataStage.
This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:1.) Application/Mainframe Programming
2.) Database Administration
3.) Business Systems (MSS, AMAPS or Order Management)
4.) Order Management (Siebel, Yantra)
5.) Data and ETL (DataStage, DataQuality, Informatica, DB2, SqlServer, SQL)
6.) Business Intelligence and Reporting (OBIEE, WebFocus)
7.) Integration services (WebSphere, Message Broker)
8.) Web Development (Java, .NET) Software Support
9.) E-Commerce (EDI/PHConnect)
-4 year University / College Degree
- 5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of commensurate technology for assigned area of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
- Demonstrated managerial potential.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
