Position and Duties: Head of Sales will be responsible for generating new revenues for the firm for the Healthcare Provider and Health Plan businesses. This position will oversee a team of sales leaders who support our prospective clients across lines of business and will serve as a liaison across internal stakeholders including Treasury & Banking, Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Account Management leadership. This position will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Sales Leadership
- Develop and manage Sales team members to support the annual revenue plan and KPIs
- Support team to consultatively determine optimal solution for prospective accounts and substantiate the value of J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions
- Support team in identifying prospective sales targets within market segments and navigating accounts
- Meet with strategic clients as required to drive business
- Support internal RFP and proposal generation process
Product & Marketing
- Establish excellent proficiency of J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments solutions
- Develop and participate in the execution of marketing campaigns, working in conjunction with the Marketing department
- Remain close to industry changes associated with healthcare payments and the Provider and Payer markets
- Provide periodic product enhancement and new feature development feedback
Service, Operations, Administration & Other
- Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities that support new business/revenue
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
- Any other duties as applicable to the position assigned to you from time to time
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with healthcare Providers and/or Payers and technology enabled solutions required
- Superior communication and organizational skills required
- Experience in CRM use, specifically with salesforce.com preferred
- 7+ years of demonstrated technical sales experience in direct sales or consultative role required
- 7+ years client facing experiences, presenting externally
- 5+ years in sales leadership positions
- Treasury Services experience preferred
