Northrop Grumman's corporate Government Compliance, Budgeting & Forward Pricing team is seeking a manager of a government compliance to lead a team of professionals responsible for ensuring compliance of FAR, DFARS and Cost Accounting Practices; reporting to the director, Government Compliance & Incurred Cost, the successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of FAR/CAS compliance and possess the instincts, drive and judgement to interface with senior leaders across the company and audit community.

Specific responsibilities include:

+ Monitors changes to FAR/DFAR/CAS & Other pertinent regulations
+ Drafts compliance guidance to be used to educate and train as necessary
+ Reviews and compiles Business Systems self-assessments for management review
+ Performs Business Systems Oversight across Corporate & Sectors to ensure compliance & audit readiness
+ Review of Cost Accounting Practice changes to ensure compliance
+ Prepare Cost Impact Analysis as required to support Cost Accounting Practice changes
+ Perform periodic reviews of Disclosure Statements to ensure adequacy and compliance
+ Support DCAA audits of Disclosure Statements, Cost Impacts, Business Systems & Other compliance Areas
+ Writes White Papers in areas of FAR/DFARS/CAS where questions are being asked that require research and recommendations to management for action
+ Provides training in the areas of FAR/DFARS/CAS/Business Systems

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7+ years of directly applicable experience
+ Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS regulations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
+ Significant Experience Working Supporting DCAA Audits
