Position Summary:
The Manager, HRIS is a key member of HR and Total Rewards teams and will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our PeopleSoft and SAP SuccessFactors systems. This role will partner with internal IT and work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines. The role combines working hands-on with technical applications and data analysis with strategic consulting.
In addition, the role will be responsible for setting systems administration requirements, establishing governance processes, implementation, communication, and system security administration that support the companys strategic objectives as they relate to HR Systems.Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Essential Functions:
Oversee the daily administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system for our Performance & Goals, Talent & Succession, LMS and Compensation modules.
Partner with HR Leadership and regional system administrators to configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes, and to manage our HR events.
Maintain system security roles and supporting content (for example, profiles, forms, updates to notifications, templates, pick lists, settings, field labels, etc.).
Responsible for security audits
Ensure security, integrity and protection of employee data
Partner with other managers to configure analytics (for example, preparation and delivery of reports), including the measurement strategy and frequency of reports.
Create ad hoc reporting and dashboards.
Partner with internal IT and 3rd party vendors as needed for system maintenance.
Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on quarterly release system specifications, managing system changes, and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders.
Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release.
Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration, and test workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, & enhancements.
Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use.
Partner with Functional Leaders to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
Manage global compliance to established policies, procedures and governance.
Point of contact for any escalation issues.
Maintain project task workbook and status updates
Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups.
Identify and analyze opportunities as well as manage the execution and delivery of projects.
Assist with HR technology implementations and data maintenance. Flag data integrity, administration and validation issues.
Partner closely with the global HR teams as well as other functions to ensure consistent HR data integrity and treatment.
Anticipates questions, thinks ahead, plans for contingencies.
Finds alternative/practical solutions when ideal solutions are not possible.
Maintains confidentiality and delivers with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner.
Business experience in HR functions
Change Control for democratized technologies
Lead and execute continuous improvement of support activities using Parker LEAN
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
5+ years related experience with SAP Success Factors.
Working knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance processes
Project Management skills.
System Testing skills.
Experience in requirements gathering.
Understanding of GUI; radio button, pick lists, and other configuration items.
Understanding of integration concepts and tools (flat file, APIs, connectors, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of relational database architecture and reporting methods.
Expert level proficiency in SQL, SQR and Macros
Working knowledge of Visual Basic and XML
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and UltiPro Payroll desired.
Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments excellent organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent team member experience.
Global travel is required approximately 20%
