Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors of Science degree (STEM) with 7 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in aerospace high production environments and 3 years of leadership experience
+ This position requires having an active DoD Secret Clearance that has been reviewed within 5 years and the ability to obtain Special Program Access.
+ Experience with multiple program environments utilizing common infrastructure and facilities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience and expertise with SFC systems and MES/SAP environments within aerospace for both fabrication and final
+ assembly
+ Experience with Project Management and the execution of large scale, integrated projects across multiple functions and
+ organizations.
