Amazon Worldwide Operations is looking for Program Managers with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within Amazon Transportation Services. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
· Be the single-threaded owner responsible for planning, execution and delivery of defined projects
· Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
· Influence design and development of strategic processes
· Manage and deliver results on complex projects across multiple organizations
· Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
· Engage with stakeholders to provide lift and guide the team and their customers toward consensus
· Negotiate process improvements and needed features, distinguishing between important and urgent
· Gather and analyze data to help drive business decisions


· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent industrial and operations background
· 3+ years of experience in Project / Program Management of physical infrastructure design or construction projects
· 3+ years of experience in similar roles in fast-paced industrial, logistics, distribution, fulfillment or production/manufacturing environment
· Recent experience and proficiency in design engineering and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Visio, Solidworks, etc.
· Process Engineering excellent Project Management skills
· Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and key stakeholders, and the ability to work under pressure in a cross functional organization
· Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
· Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required, including use of look-ups and pivot tables
· Customer focus and professional demeanor
· Ability and Excitement working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
· A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
· Interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously


· Bachelor€™s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation, MBA or Master€™s degree
· Experience in designing, implementing, and launching of physical infrastructure projects
· Project management experience with medium- or large-scale projects
· Experience collaborating with design engineering, construction, real estate managers, execution project managers

· Experience working as Design Program Manager for fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, delivery stations
