The Program Cost Control Analyst position will lead a small group of analysts coordinating the system administration for NCTA in Cobra. This lead position will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with the Sector team discretionary resource team and making sure the monthly rhythm flows smoothly. They will handle the day-to-day troubleshooting, process improvements, and tool improvements that is required to report to management and analyst teams. The lead also ensures that the weekly/monthly data reports are scrubbed and sent out to the NCTA organization in a timely manner. The Lead System Administrator also handles the maintenance of Cobra and is in charge of making sure the new rates that come in from C&SM Systems Group are incorporated. This lead will also work with the small team to coordinate the set-up of annual WBSs, access control, change requests and strategic decisions within NGC investments.


**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Economics and a minimum of 9 years of finance or accounting experience, or other related experience OR a Master's Degree/CPA with 7 years of related experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

+ Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning software (or another similar software), database software.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExpertise in financial analysis
+ Active DoD secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
+ CPA LicenseKnowledge of EVMS/FAR/DFARS
