Our Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Project Management professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.

In this role you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manage, schedule and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of project management experience and/or experience in a production or operations environment; OR a Master's Degree with 4 years of project management experience and/or experience in a production or operations environment.
+ Proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel
+ Must have a current active DoD Secret clearance
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access
+ Must have the ability to work 1st shift hours (between 5am-5pm) or 2nd shift hours (between 2pm- 2am) and any work schedule.
