On the Remote Visual Assessment (RVA) team you will perform duties contributing to the execution of general production and deployment activities, which may include verifying requirements and requirement flow down for consistency amongst contradictory or missing legacy requirement documents, writing of qualification test plans and engineering reports from advanced studies, special engineering investigations, performing detailed evaluations of drawing parts lists, performing quality control activities, inventorying parts, kitting parts, acceptance testing of components, evaluating and working with team mates, developing and delivering training material, and similar activities necessary to execute the scope of work.

Roles and responsibilities:
Successful candidate will perform traditional Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Project Management, Property Management, Quality Assurance, Cyber Systems Analysis and other functions to include requirements synthesis and flow-down, verification/validation planning, system trades study support, systems analysis, coordination of design efforts, cyber vulnerability analysis and management of technical budgets & interface definitions, and apply them to develop recommended solutions to technical problems. Candidate will prepare test reports, verify specifications and designs through modeling and simulation, test data processing, performance analysis, maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements. Responsibilities will also include interaction with program, functional and customer leadership. The candidate will take ownership of the project, including ensuring project and program requirements and milestones are met, and that progress, including successes and challenges, are communicated to the engineering team and program and customer management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the skill and ability to perform professional tasks in one or more aspects of a product lifecycle, to include coordination between other teammates, supervisors, project leaders and other professionals. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, including critical thinking and technical problem solving skills.



**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor of Science STEM degree with 5+ years related experience, or MS degree with 3+ years related experience, or PhD degree with 0+ years of related experience
+ Related experience: systems engineering, program management, production and manufacturing, field deployment, and/or qualification testing
+ Excellent time management, schedule estimation, and delegation skills
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Strong work ethic and the ability to work in an integrated product team (IPT) environment
+ Must be results focused, work well within a dynamic environment, be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, and be able to produce reliable products and documentation within established deadlines
+ Attention to detail is necessary
+ Ability to obtain and retain a secret clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Aerospace / ICBM maintenance experience
+ Knowledge in design of mechanical and electrical ICBM subsystems
+ Knowledge of the ICBM missile field, security forces, and ICBM SPO
+ Six Sigma, TOC, etc certifications
+ Security+ Demonstrated leadership ability
+ Cyber vulnerability analysis experience
+ Current DoD Secret clearance
