**Salary:** 39,000 - 56,000

**Role Clearance Type:**

**Location:** Burlington House, New Malden, Kingston-Upon-Thames, London, UK.

**About Your Opportunity:** You must be able to gain and maintain UK Government clearance

**Working** **on** **cutting-edge technology, youll be visiting our partners in the UK to oversee manufacture of our hardware designs** **for an important National Defence Submarine Programme.**

With continual expansion and success of our Production Engineering team, this role is for an electrically biased and innovative Production Engineer.

**Your Responsibilities:**

+ Own, manage and maintain both company and programme specific processes and procedure to enable successful hardware manufacture
+ Provide technical liaison between Northrop Grumman design teams, our customers, quality teams and production partners
+ Review and sign off hardware designs for manufacturability from an electrical engineering perspective
+ Control change management in the event of customer, supplier or internal design changes throughout production phases
+ Support hardware testing and diagnose problems to make key stop/go decisions from an electrical engineering perspective

**Your Experience:**

+ Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar level of experience
+ Experience in control panel manufacture, testing or design
+ IPC certified or understanding of IPC standards
+ Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge or experience
+ Manufacturing/production engineering experience
