Responsibilities
Act as primary customer contact for the all program activities, including communications, program schedule and status, compliance, performance, etc.
Manage customer-centric and/or product-centric project management team of direct reports, consisting of Project Managers, and, potentially, Project Coordinators and Project Specialists
- Mentor and develop team
- Conduct yearly and mid-year reviews with direct reports
- Develop Performance Improvement Plans
Plan, manage and monitor successful execution of large-scale programs consisting of several complex multimillion dollar projects while maintaining a positive customer experience
Direct and support cross-functional project teams to deliver a high quality and consistent product
Understand program risks at all levels, including supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to
Communicate program status, forecasts, metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to develop plans, objectives, and strategic goals
Promote Intraloxs, Intralox Integrations and Program/Project Management best practices, processes, procedures, and tools.
Maintain suitable engagement with all key stakeholders
develop and manage the programs Risk Management Plan
Manage program level work across multiple functional teams including, but not limited to, mechanical engineering, controls engineering, project management, operations, etc.
Develop and manage Program Level resource plans and resources
Engage cross-organizational teams to ensure products and product families align with internal and external expectations of quality and performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years Project and/or Program management experience or equivalent work
5+ years management/ supervisor experience or equivalent work
B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university or equivalent work
Experience working in cross functional teams
Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
A self-managed individual who is a team player with leadership qualities
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Attends trainings or self-trains to continuously improve skillsets
Able to travel up to 30%, work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
Position based in Hanover, MD
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification
Material Handling Industry Experience
