Job Details

This junior level position is non-supervisory and will support the F-35 CNI Repairs Program in Rancho Carmel, CA. When hired, the individual will report to the F-35 CNI Repairs Program Manager, and will be responsible for the following job duties:

+ Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
+ Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
+ Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
+ Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's and 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 yrs relevant experience with a H.S. Diploma/GED
+ Must have a broad understanding of project management including contract management and financial management
+ Must have a broad understanding of manufacturing and test processes for electronic equipment from receiving through inspections, manufacturing, test, shipping and billing
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Computer skills including Microsoft office tools and SAP
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SAR Clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Project Management
+ Experience in Supply Chain management
+ Experience working with customers and suppliers
+ Experience coordinating in a matrix and multi-disciplinary environment
+ Analytical ability to review data for trends and opportunities for process improvement
+ Knowledge of manufacturing work flow and MRP systems
+ A balanced understanding of the engineering and manufacturing processes
+ Experience in electronics manufacturing and production control is a plus
