Purpose of the job

 

Full time role in Katowice to assist Project Managers, Technical Project Managers and Bid Managers in Mannheim with project/bid planning.

The primary responsibility of the role includes establishing detailed project schedules, resource planning and capacity analysis, periodic performance monitoring, earned value analysis, producing schedule related KPIs and monthly data collection and reporting. This role shall also support the Internal Onboard PMO team with the set-up and coordination of Primavera procedures, training support and definition and execution of related improvement initiatives for Region Internal Onboard.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 Within assigned projects / bids, assist Project Managers / Bid Managers with the following tasks:
- Establish, update and communicate the DPS (Detailed Project Schedule) based on common objectives.
- Monitor and report schedule progress and deviations within all parties involved in the project (including internal customers).
- Monitor regularly critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
- Lead meetings related to DPS topics (also interdivisional).
- Multi project planning including resource planning.
 Facilitate and support the implementation and coordination of Internal Onboard PM processes and tools aligned with RCS PM directives across all Internal Onboard key projects and also to actively work with improvement initiatives such as budgeting & forecasting, Time Reporting, Resource Planning, Portfolio Management and Primavera Reporting.
 Other accountabilities within Region Internal Onboard.
