Job Details

Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking a Property Administrator II to coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of Government, associate contractor, and /or Company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy.
Maintains property accountability records, oversees the receipt, utilization, and disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
Arrange for movement or shipment of property, as required.
Participates in property audits; provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; recommends and assists with implementation of property administration policy; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports.

Property Administrator II will oversee annual physical inventory activities by managing the schedule, resolving discrepancies to ensure 100% accountability, reporting metrics, and preparing and distributing letters of inventory results.
Assists with other duties as identified by the site Property Manager, may represent Property Management at staff meetings, all hands assemblies, and other events as required.
Some travel may be required.


Required Skills:

2 years of related experience

Must be flexible and possess the ability to accommodate shifting priorities and changes.

Display effective time management skills.

Computer literacy is a must, to include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including: Excel and Word.

Detail oriented, efficient/courteous communications with peers and management alike, as well as foster a diverse and inclusive environment.

Must be a team player who is comfortable operating in a high energy and often deadline driven environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills


Desired Skills:

Practical understanding of FAR Property compliance regulations

Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification through NPMA

Hands on experience of inventory scheduling, reconciliation and reporting


Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor's degree = 8 additional years of related experience).
Majors may include but are not limited to the following:

o Business Administration

o Supply Chain Management

o Operations Management
