**Job Description:** The Secure Area Project Manager is responsible to ensure program operations activities are high functioning spanning a portfolio of programs with a variety of collateral levels. This role leads cross-functional teams for security, integrated data environments and information technology, program hardware/software needs and facilities needs for special programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Collaborate with multiple functional organizations (engineering, security, IT, mission assurance, etc) to define strategies that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
+ Manage risk assessments and mitigation with a strong focus on compliance
+ Develop and manage capital planning and requests to meet program requirements
+ Develops and manages facility, IT, security and related resource requirements
+ Supports the development and integration of long range program strategies, objectives, plans; provides visibility and monitors progress on these strategies, objectives and plans
+ Expertise in facility upgrades and new facility layouts that meet Secret Collateral, SAP and SCI level requirements


**Basic Qualifications:**

+ **Active TS/SCI** with ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) is required
+ A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience; Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience
+ Minimum of 8 years physical security operations experience
+ Experience with government security requirements in a complex multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations
+ Experience in a highly collaborative work environment where processes and tools are applied across functions **Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience within Special Access Programs (SAP) is strongly preferred
+ Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clear and cogent presentation of complex information
