**Description**

**Senior FP&A Analyst**

POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior FP&A Analyst. We are looking for a high energy, self motivated, hands on individual to join our growing FP&A team. The ideal candidate is individual who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a problem solver with the ability to assist the organization in analyzing the numbers and providing support to the companys divisions. This includes working with Finance and Accounting staff and other members of Operations departments in defining their needs and proposing solutions.

This position will reside in our Boise, Idaho office with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (office/WFH) or be remote.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Work closely with the FP&A manager and the Deputy Controller on the monthly close process
+ Lead divisional planning processes
+ Partner with divisional leads to support planning, reporting and forecasting processes
+ Work with Divisions to support all aspects of financial planning and analysis (forecast, budget, reporting, variance analysis)
+ Facilitate improved monthly reporting and communication of the operating plan vs. actual performance
+ Provide financial expertise to divisional managers including helping with new business opportunities
+ Work with FP&A manager to help develop / maintain KPIs and analyses to track key business metrics
+ Ensures data integrity and accuracy
+ Provides input to monthly / quarterly management meetings
+ Generate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for divisional managers
+ Work cross-functionally on ad hoc projects
+ Developing efficiencies and process improvements within the teams work streams
+ Partnering with division managers to determine and support financial analysis needs

**Required Education/Experience:**

+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ Five (5) + years of finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis experience
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong Presentation skills to present to senior management
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines and handle unexpected, time-sensitive requests;
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Desired Education/Experience:**

+ CPA, MBA and/or FP&A certification
+ Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
+ Experience with Axiom and Microsoft Dynamics
