Senior Manager, Credit Review - Data & Analytics

**Job Description:**



Bank of America is looking for a Senior Manager of Data & Analytics to join the Credit Review team. The team is responsible for designing and implementing data- and analytics-focused solutions to automate, streamline, and enhance the Credit Review process as well as provide more advanced and robust Credit Review solutions. This particular role will also focus on commercial credit but will not be limited to this scope.



**Job Responsibilities**



+ Improve Credit Reviews ability to execute on key credit review and monitoring routines through traditional analytics and automation, as well as AI and more advanced techniques

+ Work with Credit Review, FLU, Risk, and Technology partners to deliver holistic solutions to Credit Reviews evolving needs

+ Design and implement timely credit and credit review monitoring reports & analytics for use by senior leaders and decision makers

+ Support Credit Review in data/analytics related interactions with Regulators and other key stakeholders



**Required Skills**



+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the quantitative or computational field

+ 3+ years of experience working with data and analytics

+ Experience working / managing technology partners to design, implement, or modify technology tools & platforms

+ Strong track record of creating ad hoc analytics or addressing business questions through analytics

+ Ability to extract and organize data from large datasets and present the data in user-friendly reports and/or dashboards

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables

+ Intermediate to advanced skills with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Trifacta, Alteryx, or similar tools

+ Understanding of key credit concepts in credit lending

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority



**Desired Skills:**



+ Masters degree in technical / analytic field a strong plus

+ Strong credit background a plus

+ Candidate should be able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues

+ Ability to adapt to fast changing environment

+ Familiarity with more advanced data analysis concepts such as AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, etc.
