We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical to lead product management for our & Reporting Team. This is an opportunity to define the future of end-to-end royalty, reporting, and processes for our labels and publishers.
As a Senior Manager, Product Management - Technical, you will lead a team of high caliber product managers through innovation and driving development of new product visions. At Amazon Music, product managers are the CEO of the features they build and closely with Engineering, Business Development, , and more, to set strategy for, define, , and directly manage all aspects of the experience. A successful candidate will be obsessed, highly analytical, have experience working the FinTech space to build high quality experiences, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications that customers love. The ideal candidate will be able to boil down a big for the future into a simple set of features we can launch iteratively and experimentally, know how to strategically manage partners towards that , and know how to build support for their while taking input from other creative contributors.

· 8+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
· 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
· 6+ years of experience managing teams
· Bachelor€™s degree
· 8+ years consumer Product management experience with a focus on consumer experiences at as well as deep experience in mobile
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products customers love
· Experience delivering products in a complex and face-paced environment using agile process and experimentation


Preferred qualifications
· MBA or master€™s degree
· Finance or Accounting experience
· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards -based decision making; experience leveraging to optimize UI/UX
· Detail oriented to dive deep into all the quality and process inefficiency problems
· Insists on the highest standards as you'll be dealing with payout so any mistake can be costly
· Proven ability to understand complex business problems, apply strong analytical skill and create an effective strategy
· Technical fluency; ability to understand and discuss concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders
· Demonstrated success building buy-in for an innovative and bold vision
· Excellent experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and -facing features
· Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; ability to respond rapidly to evolving threats and opportunities
· Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements
· Proven ability to make smart features ( experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
· Experience managing small to medium sized teams indirectly

· Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
