Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Systems Test Engineer based out of Colorado Springs, CO. This position will serve on the Sustainment and Modernization of Radar Sensors (SMORS) program, focused on the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) (BPP) and specifically Agile development activities.

In early program increments you will play an active, leading role on one or more BPP Agile analysis teams, developing backlog and decomposing features to workable stories. In later program increments you will play an active, leading role on one or more BPP Agile development teams, implementing cybersecurity, supportability and new capability updates to the BPP.

**What You'll Get to Do:**

+ Support the development of system test solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraints
+ Document test requirements and methodologies
+ Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment and be a self-starter, efficient in achieving goals and proactive in pursuing subsequent tasks.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Education/Experience: 5 years applicable experience with Bachelors in Science an from an accredited college; 3 Years with Masters; 0 years with PhD.; 7 years applicable experience with an Associates; or 9 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Interim DoD Secret clearance
+ Familiarity or experience with Agile software development methodologies, i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
+ Familiarity or experience with test automation
+ Experience in using a requirements management tool, such as DOORS
+ Experience in using a discrepancy management tool, such as Jira
+ Familiarity or experience with continuous integration and deployment environments and tools such as Bamboo
+ Familiarity or experience with version control tools such as Bitbucket
+ Familiarity or experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
+ Familiarity with MS Office suite of tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Degree in a STEM discipline
+ Active DoD Secret clearance
+ Security + Certification
+ Familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) (BPP) or other ground-based radars such as the Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS)
+ Experience in writing scripts using scripting languages such as Korn Shell, Bourne Shell, Python, Perl, bash, tcl, etc.
