DESCRIPTION: Great Upscale High Volume Contemporary American Cuisine restaurant company is growing nationwide and seeking strong high volume, upscale sous chefs and restaurant managers for the DC market. Strong seafood experience a plus. Also seeking strong Chefs and Managers at all levels for the MD, DC, VA, DE, PA and NJ markets. Ideal candidates will come from high volume upscale well known restaurants. Must have excellent hands on training and motivational skills. Must be able to possibly train in other locations. Must have very strong P&L skills and be able to run operations in very busy restaurants. Must have strong job longevity.
