We are looking for a results-oriented Sr Financial Analyst to help drive the business' growth, efficiency, and financial performance for two LOBs. This meaningful, high-exposure position is an excellent developmental opportunity for someone who seeks to hold leadership roles within Finance.

 

This role is based in Morris Plains, NJ.

 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results.
• Acting as COO and financial adviser to the leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to quarterly financial commitments
• Lead the Management Operating System (MOS) to provide right and fast financial information for business decision.
• Execute financial strategies to achieve or exceed committed performance.
• Perform in-depth financial analytics to identify pricing opportunities, cost productivities, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) and Working Capital improvements.
• Lead the monthly forecasting process, driving continuous improvement to reduce variances and identify risks / opportunities in the forecast.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the SIOP process.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as actively participate in the Strategic Plan (STRAP)
• The role also provides financial support to WC and FCF for the entire Fluorine Products Business.
  YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing
  • 5+ years' experience in Finance or Accounting

    • Strong skills in information technology financial applications, particularly SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Tableau and Excel
    • Financial analysis experience in an auditing environment is helpful but not required
