Honeywell\rBuilding Technologies (HBT) is looking for an inspirational and experienced Premium Commercial Vertical Offering Management Director to lead the next phase of\rinnovation for our Premium Commercial vertical solution portfolio. This\rrole will be based in our Atlanta office, reporting directly to the Vertical Markets\rOffering Management Leader.

We\rheard from our  Premium Commercial vertical\rcustomers that they loved co-creating new solutions with Honeywell that address\rtheir mission critical needs; so we created a Premium Commercial Vertical\rdedicated team (from sales, marketing, and R&D), and a vertical specialized\rsolutions architecture to solve our Premium Commercial vertical customer most\rimportant challenges. 

The\rincoming Premium\rCommercial vertical Offering management director for Honeywell building\rtechnology will lead the complex and cross-functional effort of launching these\rvertical specific solutions. You will be expected to conceive, design and\rprioritize the components of the solution based on your expertise and\runderstanding of the Premium Commercial vertical market trends, needs and\rcompetition landscape. You will own your Premium Commercial vertical solutions\rcompletely, be willing to take bold actions rather than settling for\rincremental improvement and build influential relations with our ecosystem\rpartners and key internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop amazing solution ideas and roadmaps; build shared vision and alignment across teams (sales, R&D, operations, services), and senior stakeholders, including the Leadership and Executive team
  • Understand the company€™s strategic and competitive position and utilize these insights to deliver best in class solutions
  • Question customer behavior and use data to find answers in order to share compelling narratives about what problems our solutions solve
  • Be the champion and subject matter expert of specific customer journeys and own a business portfolio
  • Own the Agile development process from concept to cash
  • Identify and evaluate key partnerships with external vendors and negotiate term sheets
  • Work with technology teams in doing detailed analysis of the system architecture including analysis of APIs
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications, while conducting gap analysis of as-is and to-be states.
  • Work with UX and Development teams in designing user interaction prototypes
  • Define Key Performance Indicators for the business and conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Build a Go to Market strategy in conjunction with Sales, Public Relations, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Build robust marketing plans and track the performance and optimize as needed.

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelors Degree
    • 10+ years of expertise in Premium Commercial vertical, with a deep understanding of customer segments in Premium Commercial vertical, customer needs and buying behaviors
    • 5+ years of product\rmanagement experience within an in-house development environment, launching\rtransformational business models i.e. outcome based pricing and recurrent\rrevenue models

      • Strong knowledge\r of appropriate product performance metrics and a background in data-driven\r decision making
      • Excellent data\r analysis skills
      • Excellent\r communication, presentation, problem solving, and interpersonal\r communication skills.
      • Ability to\r translate complex marketing concepts to business partners and clearly\r articulate benefits and results.
      • Highly\r proficient in Microsoft office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
      • You are\r comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you communicate daily with\r world-class talent from our global teams including marketing, product,\r engineering, data science, legal and finance
      • You can build\r consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead on your vision
