Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Program Financial Cost/Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Magna, UT and support the EVMS/IPM Admin Group as part of the Launch and Missile Defense Solutions Division.

**Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:**

+ Training and supporting programs in analysis of operating budgets, performance metrics, and estimates-at-complete (EAC).
+ Training others in usage of program management software applications (e.g., Primavera, Cobra).
+ Training and supporting program financial analysts and Control Account Managers (CAMs).
+ Troubleshooting and resolving integration, reporting and other system issues.
+ Working with government auditors to identify and support resolution of non-compliance issues.
+ Resolving complex project control and compliance issues as they arise.
+ Developing highly innovative process solutions that can be implemented as standard procedures.
+ Advising leadership on program planning control and scheduling.

**Qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree from an accredited university with 10+ years of combined experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling - OR - a Master's degree with 8+ years of related professional experience. Additional years experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
+ Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines.
+ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial closing and trend analysis.
+ Experience with financial analysis and/or reporting.
+ Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
+ Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek CostPoint, Deltek Cobra/MPM, MS Project/Oracle Primavera, or Schedule Risk Assessment software tools.
+ Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
+ Strong analytical ability.
+ Working knowledge of program management and scheduling.
+ Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience as an application administrator for PM software (e.g., Primavera, Cobra, etc.) with ability to successfully integrate multiple software tools.
+ Advanced skills in data BI analysis and management.
+ PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
+ Aerospace/Defense Industry experience.
