Amazon€™s Partner Support and Solutions (PSAS) business unit is looking for a self-starter Senior Program Manager to safeguard and own PSAS Workplace strategies globally. As Sr. Program Manager, PSAS Workplace, you will inspire Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) to raise the bar across services delivered for PSAS€™s contact centers. The person in this role will identify, track, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery areas, instill customer centricity, and spark a culture of excellence in our operations. Exercising controllership of GREF performance across our global brick and mortar portfolio (~10 countries) the objective is to identify areas for improvements, and seek opportunities for GREF to raise the bar through enhancements to quality, efficiency, and value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong program management background that enables them to analyze and optimize the PSAS workplace through vendor management. You will think broadly about initiatives such as sustainability, employee health and safety, and real estate/site needs on a global basis, and experience a wide range of problem solving situations from strategic to real-time, requiring the use of data collection and analysis. The role will foster strong cohesion and collaboration across all real estate service lines managed by GREF for PSAS (Facilities Management, Design & Construction, and Space & Occupancy), providing guidance and direction on PSAS€™s bar and expectations.

This position will increase our emphasis on space planning efficiency and customer experience by identifying and planning for the business, individual teams, and employee needs in advance of growth, while streamlining efforts and tools to reduce overall cost. The candidate for this position must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), with an ability to guide stakeholders in defining scope and effectively using resources. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will:

· Serve as GREF vendor manager and facilitate between PSAS operations and GREF.
· Partner with the business to define business requirements and communicate key initiatives to GREF.
· Establish governance and controllership to monitor quality, efficiency, and efficacy of GREF€™s services through MBRs, audits, and site development plans.
· Ensure that PSAS€™s expectations in terms of standards, consistency, compliance targets, and objectives are being met across the global portfolio.
· Coordinate with financial business partners to analyze headcount data to forecast demand and address large-scale capacity requests.
· Establish, track, and report on metrics where outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Design, Facilities or Finance related fields such as Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate and Portfolio Analysis, or Commercial Office Management
· 5+ years program management experience delivering cross functional projects, defining program requirements, and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· Intermediate knowledge of Excel, with excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with data and metric reporting
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
· Superior planning skills and ability to assess and integrate new information and requirements into plans and schedules seamlessly
· Experience working with WFM on desk-sharing programs

· Able to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively / be detail-oriented
· Be self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly, work independently, and take initiative
