Essential Functions
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing clerical work for the Technical Services department. Maintains appropriate files, records, and summaries as required. Maintains crib.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issues/returns stock parts to and from Technicians. Enters stock transaction.
Creates, counts and closes Cycle Count Books periodically to assess the inventory to ensure the correct quantities are on record and to investigate any discrepancies.
Maintains parts crib. Looks for improvements in crib layout by reorganization of parts and physical location of storage areas. Suggests and implements changes
Recommends improved methods or processes. Implements new ideas.
Needs to be flexible and adaptable to change and has the ability to see challenges as opportunities, not barriers.
Keeps work area neat, clean, organized, and under control.
Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to quick changes in procedures and programs.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Required: High school education. Must possess computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.Preferred: Six months experience in a maintenance setting.
